Each ROD hosting account comes with an administrative control panel including general and
content-specific help files. These help files are very detailed and should help you to take full
control of your site or server by becoming familiar with your new control panel's abilities. Upon account activation, you will be sent a welcome letter containing all the information needed to access your new account. Your site will be pre-configured with a default "coming soon" page that will contain links to your respective control panels and general instructions on getting started using your new account. Should you have any questions or require support in accessing or utilizing your account, please contact us by any method listed on our support page and we will be happy to help. The integrated help files that now come included with our accounts have reduced the need for us to maintain a detailed user's guide on our site. We will most likely be removing this page altogether in the near future. |
